Don't trust Fauci, Bill Gates. Covid-19 lies.

Dr. Rashid Buttar interview. YouTube is working real hard to delete these kinds of video's, they don't want people to hear the truth!
It seems that everything Dr. Fauci recommends has one of two outcomes. Wrecks the economy of forces us to take a vaccine. Big Pharma is all about money, not about the health of the people, Clinton Foundation is corrupt, Zuckerberg wants to silence free speech, CDC & NIH Fauci want locked down till a vaccine, Bill & Gates Melinda Foundation want population control.

Why are people still believe that Covid-19 is THE reason for all the misery we are going through?

Covid-19 lies, don't believe the mainstream media!

Written By Unieke sieraden on Monday, April 20, 2020 | 2:06 AM

No, I'm not delusional, but I don't believe what the extreem left media is telling me and what Bill Gates, Fauci, Birx are saying! Why is the media not writing about this: "In a stunning turn of events, Surgeon General Jerome Adams explained in an interview on live XM radio, that the Coronavirus Task Force has, effectively, dumped the Bill Gates/CDC/WHO predictive contagion model, and is now working with the real data. He explained on the Sirius XM’s Breitbart News Daily host Alex Marlow, that given the new data, businesses will begin to re-open as early as May, others in June. This runs contrary to the out-and-out fear-mongering of Dr. Fauci and Bill Gates who have made a media tour, threatening the public that businesses may not re-open for six months to a year, or until and unless governments purchase their conveniently patented, big-pharma vaccination."

Interesting videos about Intermittent Fasting for Weight Loss

Written By Unieke sieraden on Monday, August 6, 2018 | 3:48 AM

If you tell someone that you do Intermittent Fasting, many will react as if you have lost your mind. You will get reactions like; "you will starve yourself", "you need lots of fruits and bread to survive", "all that fat will give you a heart attack" bla bla bla. The worst thing is that these people don't know anything about Intermittent Fasting or eating Keto proof food and they also refuse to learn about the benefits of fasting and low carb eating.

Why won’t the pharmaceutical industry study it? It is simple, when people go Intermittent Fasting and stop eating sugar and high carb food, the pharmaceutical industry won't make money. Fasting lowers insulin levels, weight loss, lower risk of diabetes, lower oxidative stress and inflammation, improved heart health, increased growth of new neurons in the brain, and it may help prevent Alzheimer’s disease. Many people after Intermittent Fasting and eating low carb, don't need their blood pressure medication or diabetes type 2 medication anymore, so they will lose a lot of money! So why study it?

Here are some YouTube videos with really good information about Intermittent Fasting and Keto:

- Dr. Jason Fung: Intermittent Fasting for Weight Loss
-
Dr. Eric Westman: Ketogenic Diet for Weight Loss and Brain Performance
-
Dr. Berry: The health benefits of Intermittent Fasting

Low levels of acetyl-L-carnitine linked to depression

Written By Unieke sieraden on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 | 3:15 AM

In a study involving humans, researchers examined patients who had been diagnosed with depression. Results showed depressed patients had much lower levels of acetyl-L-carnitine in their blood. Researchers also found patients with the lowest levels had the most severe cases of depression.

In a statement, Natalie Rasgon, an author on the study and professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Stanford, said the study offers "an exciting addition to our understanding of the mechanisms of depressive illness."

The study is publicized in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS).

Keto diet and reversing type 2 diabetes

A ketogenic diet is a high-fat, very low carbohydrate diet. It was initially developed and recommended for children with epilepsy.

Type 2 diabetesType 2 diabetes and obesity have reached epidemic proportions in the past few decades. These conditions are associated with high blood sugar, which can damage the vessels that supply blood to vital organs and can also increase the risk of heart disease and stroke.

When dietary carbohydrate is restricted to a level below which it is not significantly converted to fat (a threshold that varies from person to person), signs and symptoms of insulin resistance improve or often disappear completely. In studies that have evaluated well-formulated very-low-carbohydrate diets and documented high rates of compliance in individuals with T2D, results have been nothing short of remarkable, source: EJCN

Be sure to speak to your doctor and other healthcare providers before making any major dietary changes, including going on the keto diet.

USA is the most dangerous country in the developed world to give birth

Written By Unieke sieraden on Friday, July 27, 2018 | 5:33 AM

Shocking fact is that 50,000 women are “severely injured” during childbirth, and around 700 mothers die! This report is from an in-depth investigation by USA Today. It revealed the leading causes of death in the U.S. are hemorrhage and severe hypertension, where blood pressure and blood loss levels must be closely monitored. And medical professionals too often “eye-ball” instead of measure blood loss levels, according to USA Today. Dr. Steven Clark, a childbirth safety expert at Baylor College of Medicine, said,"Our medicine is run by cowboys today, where everyone is riding the range doing whatever they're wanting to do.

What is a ketogenic (keto) diet?

Written By Unieke sieraden on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 | 3:36 AM

I started the keto diet a week ago, and I have already lost 13 pounds, but I have to say, I combined it with intermittent fasting, my way of fasting is 18/6; 18 hours fasting and 6 hours of eating keto proof food. I know most is water weight what I have lost, but this is the first time it went so smoothly, without any problems! I feel also more clear in my head and more energized. I will continue this journey and I will add a weekly update to this blog of my weightloss journey.

Keto diet is a diet that causes the body to release ketones into the bloodstream. Most cells prefer to use blood sugar, which comes from carbohydrates, as the body’s main source of energy. In the absence of circulating blood sugar from food, we start breaking down stored fat into molecules called ketone bodies (the process is called ketosis).

A ketogenic diet is a kind of low-carb diet with an emphasis on eating healthy fats.
On the keto diet, the body goes into starvation mode and taps its fat stores for fuel. Studies suggest the low-carb, high-fat diet may promote weight loss, improve focus, and stave off age-related diseases, but more research is needed on its long-term effects.

My favorite person on YouTube about intermittent fasting and low carb is Dr. Jason Fung, a nefrologist.

Eating at least two hours before going to sleep have a 20% lower risk of some cancers

Written By Unieke sieraden on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 | 3:37 AM

The researchers said that the effect of a longer supper-sleep interval was more noticeable in those who were following cancer prevention recommendations and in those who were morning types with both breast and prostate cancer. People who eat dinner before 9 p.m. -- or at least two hours before going to sleep -- have a 20% lower risk of breast and prostate cancer than those who eat after 10 p.m. or go to bed shortly after supper, researchers found.

Intermittent fasting, perfect for weight loss, Type 2 diabetes and more!

What is Intermittent Fasting (IF)? To understand why, researchers said, one must look to how the body essentially flips a “metabolic switch” during fasting. This means the body moves from burning glucose, or sugar, for energy to fatty acids and their byproduct, ketones.

During fasting, the body converts fat into fatty acids, which can be absorbed by the blood.
Stephen Anton, a researcher at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, calls this process "flipping the metabolic switch."

There are two main types of intermittent fasting. One type, known as “time restricted feeding”, requires eating only during a few hours of the day – say between 10am and 6pm. This approach gives the body a long break from food each night, and also reinforces beneficial circadian rhythms.

I bought the book The Obesity Code: unlocking the secrets of weight loss  written by Dr. Jason Fung, it really openend my eyes!

The other type of intermittent fasting – made popular by the 5:2 diet – is known as “periodic fasting”. This approach involves alternating between long periods of unrestricted eating and short periods of eating very little (five days of eating normally, two days of eating restricted calories).

You can find great information on YouTube, two of my favorite people about this subject on YouTube are:
Dr. Fung
Dr. Eric Westman

Eating fish helps ward off heart disease

Written By Unieke sieraden on Friday, May 18, 2018 | 7:50 AM

But whatever you choose, just don't fry it, the heart group warned.
Adults should strive for two 3.5-ounce servings of fatty fish each week. Oily fish is not the only source of omega-3, said Angelone, who was not involved in the AHA recommendations.

"Chia seeds, flaxseeds and walnuts are good sources of alpha linolenic acid (ALA), which is a precursor to EPA -- which is then converted to DHA," said Sonya Angelone, a registered dietitian and spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Read more on WebMD

Zika cases in the U.S. topped 1,800 this week

Written By Unieke sieraden on Sunday, August 7, 2016 | 6:07 AM

Pregnant women are now advised to stay away from Florida's so-called Zika zone. There could be a new weapon in the fight against the virus: Federal authorities have approved testing of genetically modified mosquitoes designed to stop the spread of Zika by reducing the insect populations. Mutant male mosquitoes pass on a lethal gene to the females killing their offspring. Read more: CBS

Inflammatory breast cancer or IBC, often goes undetected, even by mammogram

Written By Unieke sieraden on Monday, October 26, 2015 | 7:52 AM

Because symptoms differ from typical breast cancer, it is harder to diagnose, according to the American Cancer Society. IBC, affects about 4,000 Americans a year and, compared to other more common breast cancers, strikes at younger ages, according to the National Cancer Institute.
Its symptoms are unique: an inverted nipple; or skin can be red and hot to the touch, or have ridges or appear pitted like orange peel because of the build up of fluid in the breast. Often there is no lump, so the cancer can be missed by a mammogram. A doctor may suspect a infection like mastitis and waste precious time prescribing antibiotics as the cancer spreads.
